1. What would you tell a friend or loved one who suspected that she might have an STD but was afraid to get tested?
If a friend came to me and said that she/he thought they may have an STD,I would listen and see what signs and symptoms they may be having. Advice that they definately go to the doctor and offer to attend the appointment with them. I would be a little nosie and ask who they thought that they got it from. Depending on what we could conculded about the type of STD obtained, I would tell him/her what I know about it far as future problems that it could cause and if it was cureable. Then turning on my mother instent I would give that person a lecture. There are always a way to prevent STD's such as condoms, no sex and to always get you and your partner tested before you decide to have sex. Of course they arent going to want to hear this but there is always that three letter word that cant be fixed with antibotics (HIV).
